On June 13, the Fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Forum brought good news again: witnessed and supported by Deng Weiping, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, and Dr. Mary Owusi, CEO of the Ghana Free Trade Zone Commission, Chen Biao, Chairman of Changsha Seetoone International Co., Ltd., and Alex Gong, Director/CEO of Economic and Investment Ghana-China Limited forAsia, formally signed the framework agreement for the Ghana Automobile Industry Base and New Energy Travel Network Construction Project, and Hunan's new energy vehicles and special vehicles officially headed to Africa.

This cooperation is an important strategic measure for its expansion into the African market. Through cooperation with Ghanaian companies, we can make full use of Ghana's locational advantages and policy resources, further enhance Seetoone's competitiveness in the international market, and achieve Seetoone's international development goals. This also provides a new path and platform for China's automobile industry and new energy technology to "go global", which will help promote in-depth cooperation and exchanges between China and African countries in the field of automobile industry.

At the 2024 China-Africa Cooperation Forum, China and 53 African countries unanimously adopted the "Beijing Declaration on Building a New Era All-Weather China-Africa Community with a Shared Future". The Mahama government in power in 2025 highly agrees with this. As one of the first countries in Africa to establish diplomatic relations with China, Ghana firmly believes that with the joint efforts of both sides, China and Ghana will become good partners. Annan, head of Ghana-China Economic and Investment Co., Ltd., cooperated with Changsha Seetoone International Trade Co., Ltd.: The Ghana Automobile Industry Base and New Energy Travel Network Construction Project will surely be a complete success and bring tangible benefits to both China and Ghana. As an important platform for China-Africa cooperation, the China-Africa International Forum will continue to play the role of a bridge and a link, build a stage for cooperation and exchange for more Chinese and African companies, and promote China-Africa cooperation.
